Privacy Policy
This policy explains how LeadIntel, a sales and lead intelligence application operated by Coaching and Consulting Group (CCGroup), Riga, Latvia ("we", "us"), collects, uses and protects personal data, including data received from Google when you connect your Google account.
1. Who is responsible

2. Data we collect
- Account data: your name and email address when you sign in or connect a Google account.
- Google account data: if you connect Gmail, we receive an access token that lets LeadIntel send email on your behalf and read messages needed to detect replies to emails sent through LeadIntel.
- Business data you enter: company information, target markets, offers, profiles and documents you upload.
- Lead data: business contact information about companies and decision-makers, gathered from public sources and data providers you choose to connect.
- Technical data: basic logs (time of request, errors) needed to operate and secure the service.
3. How we use Google user data
LeadIntel requests the following Google permissions only to provide features you actively use:
- openid / email: to identify which Google account is connected.
- gmail.send: to send outreach messages that you have created or approved in LeadIntel.
- gmail.readonly: to detect replies to messages sent through LeadIntel, so outcomes and meetings can be tracked.
LeadIntel's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, we:
- use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features described above;
- do not sell Google user data or transfer it to third parties, except as necessary to provide the service, to comply with law, or with your explicit consent;
- do not use Google user data for advertising;
- do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models;
- do not allow humans to read your Gmail data unless you give explicit consent for a specific message (for example, for support), it is needed for security purposes, or it is required by law.
4. Service providers
To operate LeadIntel we use processors who handle data on our behalf, such as hosting (Cloudflare, Vercel), AI text generation providers, and data enrichment providers (for example Apollo and Firecrawl) that you choose to connect with your own API keys. Gmail message content is not shared with data enrichment providers.
5. Storage and security
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on our servers and are used only to perform actions you request. Access is restricted and transmitted over HTTPS. We keep data only as long as your account is active or as needed for the purposes above.
6. Your rights and control
- You can disconnect Gmail at any time in LeadIntel, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When access is revoked, we delete stored tokens.
- Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction, deletion or export of your personal data, and object to or restrict processing, by writing to edgars@ccgroup.lv.
- You may lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv).
7. Legal basis
We process data to perform our contract with you, on the basis of your consent (for connected accounts), and our legitimate interest in operating a B2B sales service.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be communicated to active users.
